Drawing the structure managerial interactions of rulers through deep though in the most important raised components in the amir al-muminin(AS) letter to malek ashtar, it is clearly expressive the epistemic depth of the alawi school. Choosing the managerial efficient pattern and setting politics development of justice domestic and foreign, they have doubled the necessity of organizing the present text. That is findings stating has focus the text of the letter on the internal policy and has been emphasis on the components like of justice, cultural reforms, economcal organizing and government employee’s purposive selection.
